- Returns and exchange: zduocollections will accept products damaged before delivery, based strictly on existing business relationship, client history and discretion. We tirelessly work to avoid returned orders.
- Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- We suggest that you contact us before purchasing the items if you are not sure about size or colour. We feel very happy to help you in your purchase. Our customer service team will reply you in few hours for any queries.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the point of sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
